Just remember, these are only pre-launch results and do not include the results after the pre-launch. 1. During pre-launch our marketing partners (that referred people to our site) achieved a 15,07% conversion rate from web site visitors (EnlightenedSalesperson.com) to customers. 2. 17 marketing partners actively promoted the web site during this time. 3. Split-test sites from the first split-test all performed well, with end conversions ranging from 15,57% to 18,71% (based on our sales and log analysis, not using split-test data). 4. Split-test sites from the second split-test (only headlines) haven't received enough visitors yet to be relevant. Their conversions however are ranging from 0% (one test site) to 26,32%. 5. 60% of total sales were made directly and 40% by our marketing partners. 6. You can improve your e-mail campaign results by more than 100% if you follow-up at least twice after the initial mailing (we did it). However, each additional follow-up generates more list removal requests. Total removal requests were at about 4% (we haven't calculated this precisely yet), with each mailing adding app. 1%. 7. E-mail delivery is a huge issue. About 20% (that we know of) of our e-mails were not delivered. It's even more unfortunate that even though you clean your list after each mailing, you're still getting new "undelivers" all the time, albeit in much smaller numbers.
